Some of the personally identifiable information we collect from you, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment card information, is required in order to process your online purchases, respond to your requests, and contact you about your online purchases, if necessary. We may collect information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, past experience with DTO products and services, detailed contact preferences or other personally identifiable information. We may also collect publicly available information about you from other sources, such as information from newspapers, blogs, and commercial websites or third party data aggregators; we may use such information to supplement your personally identifiable information maintained by us. We may also collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily disclose on the website, absent any request from us.

You can also ask us to update your personally identifiable information or communication preferences by contacting us via our Contact Us page. Please note that any request to update your information may take up to 30 days to process and that you may continue to receive communications from DTO using the previously provided information until your request becomes effective.
Additionally, you may opt-out from use of your personally identifiable information collected online for the purpose of sending such marketing or promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instruction contained within each of the newsletters or promotional communications you receive.
Credit card holder must be present with the credit card used to make the purchase and matching government issued photo ID to receive tickets.
Tickets can only be shipped to the credit card’s billing address.
Orders are non-refundable and non-transferable once tickets have been issued. If an exception is to be made to this policy, there is a 10% fee applied to the order total, minus the delivery fee. This covers re-stocking and processing fees regarding your ticket purchase.
